FINANCIAL DISTRICT

At 1,100 feet, 45 Broad Street was to become become the Financial District’s tallest residential tower in Downtown Manhattan when completed. Madison Equities expected to deliver 226 condominium units to the FiDi market. All the residences in this slender supertall was to be located above 230 feet, assuring breathtaking views of the New York Harbor, Statue of Liberty as well as the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges for all residents. The building was designed by CetraRuddy Architects and contained 298,000 square feet of interior space, including lower floors of commercial office space. 45 Broad Street is sited across from the New York Stock Exchange in the heart of Wall Street.

Madison Equities sold its interest in the project. As of 2022, the project remains on hold.
