UPPER EAST SIDE

A 135,000 square foot 15 story building containing 40,000 square feet of office space and a 226 key Courtyard By Marriott. The hotel opened in 2006 and was the first hotel to be built on the Upper East Side in 75 years. Again demonstrating its development skills, Madison pushed the boundaries of Mariott’s “brand standard” and as a result created a product which is now a prototype for future Courtyards.
