212 FIFTH AVENUE

Madison square park

Madison Equities’ most recently completed project, a rare 1912 magnificent building overlooking Madison Square Park on 26th Street, was refurbished into 48 rich and rare residences.

212 Fifth Avenue boasts a rich history starting in 1912, when developers Johnson-Kahn commissioned renowned New York architects Schwartz and Gross to design the building – on the former and original Delmonico’s site – in a Neo-Gothic style. At an impressive 24-stories tall, 212 Fifth was one of Manhattan’s earliest skyscrapers. Today, with its king-sized windows and open floor plans and the careful restoration of its parapet, 212 Fifth has been successfully retransformed into one of the city’s most premier luxury living residences.
